• Volume, count, motility, morphology

• May be repeated to confirm findings

2. Hormonal Testing (if needed)

• Testosterone, FSH, LH, and prolactin levels

3. Advanced Testing (if required)

• DNA fragmentation tests

• Scrotal ultrasound

• Genetic screening in specific cases
