Under the ART (Regulation) Act, 2021, Dream IVF maintains records of all treatment cycles and reports procedure outcomes to the National ART & Surrogacy Registry. Patient and donor information is handled confidentially in accordance with applicable law and relevant ART Bank regulations, and any outcome data published publicly is aggregated and anonymised.
Prohibited practices. Sex selection is illegal in India under the PC&PNDT Act and the ART (Regulation) Act. Dream IVF does not perform, and will not disclose information for the purpose of, sex selection under any circumstances.
